In Southeastern Europe (SEE), TAV is operating Macedonia's Skopje and Ohrid airports as well as Zagreb airport, in consortium with French companies. TAV signed a 30-year concession of Skopje airport in 2012 and has invested 110 million euro in it so far. The annual passenger traffic at Skopje airport rose to 2 million passengers from 600,000 in 2012, the Montenegrin transport ministry said.
Podgorica and Tivat airports serviced a combined 774,764 passengers in the first half of 2017, an increase of 23% on the year.
In August, Montenegro's government denied media reports that it is in talks with Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD) on the privatisation of Tivat airport.
