March 24 (SeeNews) - Turkish supermarket chain Migros Ticaret A.S. [IST:MGROS] said it has sold a shopping mall in the city of Izmir to Gergul Yapi Pazarlama San. ve Tic. Ltd. Sti for 302 million lira ($46.28 million/42.76 million euro) in cash, including taxes.
Migros has received offers from multiple interested parties, the company said in a filing with the Istanbul stock exchange on Monday.

The selling company collected bids from February 25 until March 6.
The shopping center covers an area of 58,119 square metres (625,587 sq f).
