July 11 (SeeNews) - Turkey's Limak Holding plans to open its new shopping centre, Diamond Mall, in North Macedonia's capital Skopje in autumn, it said on Tuesday.
The shopping centre will have 180 stores with a total leasable area of 48,000 sq m and an entertainment area spanning 7,000 sq m, as well as cafes, bars and restaurants, Limak said in a statement sent to SeeNews.
Diamond Mall is part of Limak's mixed-use complex Diamond of Skopje - an investment worth 250 million euro ($275.2 million), which is currently under construction.
The multifunctional complex includes the five-star hotel Limak Skopje Luxury Hotel, which was opened in April 2021. It will also have residential and office space, as well as closed parking space for 3,200 vehicles.
Limak operates in over 17 countries worldwide, employing more than 60,000 people in the construction, energy, tourism, infrastructure and other sectors.
