ISTANBUL (Turkey), November 7 (SeeNews) – Turkish private equity firm Gozde Girisim Sermayesi Yatirim Ortakligi [BIST:GOZDE] said on Friday it has decided to issue up to 500 million Turkish lira ($220 million/176 million euro) in bonds or similar debt instruments.
The company will direct the debt in different series and maturities to qualified investors in the domestic market, it said in a bourse filing. Gozde will apply for regulatory approval of the planned issuance and intends to issue the bonds within a year after obtaining approval.
Gozde aims to invest in non-food companies that have financial and operational restructuring needs which promise comparably rapid and higher returns.
