November 14 (SeeNews) - Turkish firms Gozde Girisim Yatirim Ortakligi [BIST:GOZDE] and BIM Birlesik Magazalar [BIST:BIMAS] have each bought stakes of 11.5% in each of three units of local footwear maker Ziylan Group, Gozde Girisim and BIM said on Thursday.
Private equity investor Gozde Girisim and consumer goods retailer BIM said in separate filings with Borsa Istanbul that they would pay 105.44 million Turkish lira ($51.6 million/38.3 million euro) each for the stakes in Ziylan Magazacilik ve Pazarlama, Polaris Pazarlama ve Mumessillik and Ugur Ic ve Dis Ticaret.
