December 15 (SeeNews) - Turkish lender Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. [IST:GARAN] said it has increased the amount of the euro tranche of a recently signed syndicated loan facility to 332 million euro ($403.7 million) from 312 million euro.
The dollar tranche remains unchanged at $267.5 million, the bank said in a bourse filing on Monday.
The lender signed the syndicated loan agreement with a maturity of 367 days in November.
A total of 30 financial institutions from 18 countries are taking part in the syndicated loan facility. The all-in cost for the dollar and euro tranches is Libor plus 2.50% and Euribor plus 2.25%, respectively, according to an earlier statement.
