ISTANBUL (Turkey), December 4 (SeeNews) – Turkish financial services provider Euro Yatirim Menkul Degerler [BIST:EUROM] said it has ended negotiations to acquire a bank in Moldova.
The price offer of Euro Yatirim was regarded as inadequate, it said in a bourse filing on Wednesday without mentioning the name of the bank.

In March, the company said it entered talks for the acquisition of Moldovan lender EuroCreditBank. EuroCreditBank operates 44 branches in Molvoda, the Turkish company said.
