Last month, the Leskovac City Council made a decision to transfer the ownership of the land plots in which the investor is interested to the central government and to sign the memorandum of understanding, it added.
In May, Erenli established a fully-owned subsidiary in Leskovac to operate the future factory, data from Serbia's business register showed.
The Turkish company is active in the production of battery cooling, engine cooling, turbocharge, and air supply systems.
