June 12 (SeeNews) - Turkish electronic systems maker Anel Telekomunikasyon Elektronik Sistemleri Sanayi ve Ticaret [BIST:ANELT] said on Wednesday it acquired a 20% stake in local firm Doga Cevre for 5,000 euro ($6,639).
Anel Telekomunikasyon said in a statement on Borsa Istanbul that the move is part of its strategy to develop new projects to boost its turnover and profitability.

Doga Cevre, active in providing materials and systems and consultancy services on environmental technologies, will branch out into the solar power sector. It plans to apply for license to produce solar power to Turkey's energy market regulator until June 14.
TurkSolar BV owns the remaining 80% stake in Doga Cevre.
