September 13 (SeeNews) - Turkish conglomerate Akfen Holding [BIST:AKFEN] said Friday it has signed an agreement with Turkey's ministry of health to build a hospital in the western Turkish city of Isparta under public private partnership (PPP).
Akfen won in February the tender for the construction and provision of products and services for the Isparta City Hospital for 25 years. The project is expected to cost some 573 million Turkish lira ($282 million/213 million euro), Akfen said in a statement.
Akfen's construction unit Akfen Insaat will build the hospital, which will be established on 180,000 sq m area and will offer 755 beds.
