Turkey's Akenerji takes out 100 mln lira (37 mln euro) loan from local Yapi Kredi

November 6 (SeeNews) - Turkey's Akenerji Elektrik Uretim [BIST:AKENR] took out a 100 million Turkish lira ($49.3 million/36.5 million euro) loan from local Yapi Kredi Bank [BIST:YKBNK], the power producer said.

In a bourse filing on Tuesday, the company recalled that its management board had authorised its general manager and deputy general manager to obtain one or more loans totalling 200 million Turkish lira or the equivalent amount in U.S. dollars from one or more banks operating in Turkey. The loans should be repayable in no less than five years.
