November 22 (SeeNews) - The number of foreign tourist arrivals in Turkey increased 10.24% to 31.76 million people in the ten months through October, the country's tourism ministry said on Friday.
In October alone, the number of foreign visitors in Turkey grew 11.52% year-on-year to 3.4 million people, data from the ministry's October bulletin showed.
Visitors from Germany had the largest share, of 14.60%, in the total number of foreign visitors to Turkey in the first ten months of the year, followed by visitors from the Russian Federation, the UK, Georgia and Bulgaria, among others.
