February 11 (SeeNews) - Turkey's finance ministry said has sold four CPI-indexed bond issues worth a total of 6.3 billion Turkish lira ($1 billion/956 million euro) in four switch auctions on February 10.
The finance ministry said on Monday it sold 514 million lira worth of CPI-indexed bond with a term rate of 1.35% to replace a floating rate Treasury note issue maturing on March 11.
The finance ministry also sold a CPI-indexed bond worth 2.6 billion lira with a term rate of 1.37% in a switch auction for a CPI-indexed bond maturing on April 1.
A CPI-indexed bond worth 1.6 billion lira and carrying a term rate of 1.29% was issued to replace a Treasury bill maturing on May 13.
Another CPI-indexed bond worth 1.6 billion lira and carrying a term rate of 1.31% was sold in a switch auction for a Treasury bond that will mature on June 10.
All of the CPI-indexed bonds issued on Monday will mature on June 28, 2028.
