November 18 (SeeNews) - Turkey's General Directorate of Imports has decided to impose a 16% tax on imports of flat glass from Saint-Gobain Glass Romania and a 25% tax on flat glass imports from other Romanian firms as a measure to prevent unfair competition, it said.
The decision has been taken after concluding an anti-dumping investigation launched upon a request by Turkish glass products maker Trakya Cam [BIST:TRKCM], the directorate said in a statement published in Turkey's official gazette on Sunday.
