February 21 (SeeNews) - Slovenian insurer Triglav [LJE:ZVTG] was the top blue-chip gainer on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) on Tuesday, bourse data indicated.
Triglav added 1.15% to a closing price of 26.5 euro ($27.9). Ttarding in Triglav shares generated a turnover of 205,320 euro.
The SBITOP index, which tracks the most liquid and highly capitalised stocks on the LJSE, gained 0.19% to 765.65 points, after rising 0.20% on Monday.
The LJSE's total share trading turnover fell to 1.01 million euro from 1.86 million euro on Monday.
Drug maker Krka [LJE:KRKG} was the blue-chip company which generated the largest turnover on Tuesday, of 389,730 euro. Its shares lost 0.33%, closing at 50.75 euro.
Logistics company Intereuropa [LJE:IEKG] led the blue-chip decliners on Tuesday. Its stock ended at 1.9 euro, down 1.04%.
