October 20 (SeeNews) - Trading in corporate bonds of diversified holding company Synthetica [BUL:0SYA] and Specialised Logistic Systems [BUL:2SLB] generated 86% of the daily turnover on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) on Friday, bourse data showed.
A total of 1,006 Synthetica bonds changed hands at a price of 1,022.47 levs ($616.2/522.8 euro) apiece, generating a trading turnover of 1 million levs. Specialized Logistic Systems bonds traded at 1,003.069 levs apiece, generating a total turnover of 1.6 million levs.
Total trading turnover on the BSE rose to 3.1 million levs on Friday from 258,631 levs on Thursday.
Industrial conglomerate Chimimport [BUL:6C4] was the top blue-chip decliner on Friday, as its shares fell by 1.65% to 1.672 levs.
Sirma Group Holding [BUL:SKK] rose the most among the blue chips, closing 2.11% higher at 1.063 levs. The company was also the most traded blue chip on Friday, as 99,095 of its shares changed hands at an average price of 1.063 levs.
The blue-chip SOFIX index fell by 0.05% to 667.82 points on Friday after a 0.35% decrease on Thursday.
The broader BGBX40 index, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the BSE, added 0.05% to 130.79 points, after dropping by 0.20% on Thursday.
The BG-REIT index, which tracks the performance of real estate investment trusts, edged up by 0.04% to 114.35 points on Friday. On Thursday, the index closed 0.41% lower.
The BG TotalReturn30 index, in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight, rose by 0.16% to 547.12 points, following a 0.13% decrease on Thursday.
