August 20 (SeeNews) - Trading in corporate bonds of three companies and shares in chemicals producer Neochim [BUL:3NB] formed 98% of the regulated market turnover on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on Monday, bourse data shows.
Turnover totalled 3.5 million levs ($2.0 million/1.8 million euro) on the Sofia bourse regulated market on Monday, sharply up from 1.4 million levs in the previous trading session.

A total of 35,000 shares in Neochim changed hands in four deals on Monday, generating a turnover of 1.53 million levs. Neochim shares closed 1.87% higher at 43.6 levs.
Trading in bonds issued by local companies IT Soft [BUL:1BKA], GPS Control [BUL:GC0N] and Power Logistics [BUL:P0W1] accounted for a further 1.85 million levs.
Deals for 1,250 IT Soft bonds generated a turnover of 1.27 million levs, while 330 Power Logistics bonds changed hands for a total of 332,700 levs. The remaining 249,700 levs were formed by deals for 141 bonds of GPS Control.
Bulgarian lavender oil and cosmetics producer Lavena [BUL:4L4] fell the most among all companies on the Sofia bourse on Monday, closing 4.76% lower at 4.0 levs in the first deal since the company announced its first-half consolidated net profit halved to 604,000 levs.
The blue-chip SOFIX index edged up 0.08% to 634.14 points, following a 3.21% rise in the share price of car battery maker Monbat [BUL:5MB].
Monbat closed the session at 8.05 levs, as 21 shares in the company changed hands in two deals.
Resort operator Albena [BUL:6AB] fell the most among blue chips, closing 2.78% lower at 52.5 levs in the only deal with the company's shares on Monday.
The wider BGBX40 index, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the Sofia bourse, gained 0.11% to 122.64 points.
A 1.03% rise in the share price of Bulgarian Real Estate Fund REIT [BUL:5BU] led to a 0.11% increase in the BGREIT index, which tracks the performance of real estate investment trusts.
All other BGREIT components closed unchanged on Monday.
The BG TotalReturn30 index, in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight, added 0.13% to 526.14 points, supported by the rise in share price of Monbat and Neochim.
