August 14 (SeeNews) - Trade in shares in blue chip Advance Terrafund REIT [BUL:6A6] formed 63% of the daily regulated market turnover on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange in Tuesday, as the main SOFIX index of the bourse extended its losing streak to three consecutive sessions.
A total of 159,465 shares is Advance Terrafund REIT changed hands during the trading session, generating a turnover of 330,093 levs ($192,073/168,773 euro). The company's shares closed unchanged from their previous closing price at 2.07 levs.
Total trading turnover on the Sofia bourse regulated market increased to 525,038 levs on Tuesday from 139,821 levs on Monday.
The blue-chip SOFIX index closed the session 0.41% lower at 632.50 points, as First Investment Bank (Fibank) [BUL:5F4] and Doverie United Holding [BUL:5DOV] fell the most among blue chips.
Fibank shares ended the session 6.51% lower at 3.88 levs, while Doverie United Holding shares lost 5.28% to 1.705 levs.
Two other blue chips saw their share price fall on Tuesday - Industrial Holding Bulgaria [BUL:4ID] and Eurohold Bulgaria [BUL:4EH].
Diversified group Chimimport [BUL:6C4] rose the most among the three blue chip gainers on Tuesday, closing 1.88% higher at 2.17 levs. The two other gainers were drug maker Sopharma [BUL:3JR], which closed 0.50% higher at 3.99 levs, and software developer Sirma Group Holding [BUL:SKK], which gained 0.23% to 0.88 levs.
The wider BGBX40 index, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the Sofia bourse, lost 0.30% to 122.28 points.
The BG-REIT index, which tracks the performance of real estate investment trusts (REITs), ended the session flat at 115.51 points, as only two of its components - Advance Terrafund REIT and Bulgarian Real Estate Fund REIT [BUL:5BU] - traded on Tuesday, both closing without change.
The BG TotalReturn30 index, in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight, fell 0.44% to 525.14 points.
