September 28 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Petrich municipality said on Monday it awarded a 3.6 million levs ($2.1 million/1.8 million euro) contract to TEO Moris-Bulgaria for the running of two installations - for pre-treatment of household waste and for composting of sorted green waste.
The deal was signed on August 27, Petrich municipality said in a notice published on the public procurement agency's website.
Under the terms of the contract, TEO Moris-Bulgaria will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the two installations located near the town of Petrich, in the southwestern part of the country.
The public procurement procedure for awarding the contract attracted two offers. Quality criteria carried 60% weight in the overall ranking of the bids.
