April 22 (SeeNews) - The state-owned water utility servicing Bulgaria's northeastern city of Shumen said its 21.7 million levs ($12.4 million/ 11.0 million euro) tender, VAT excluded, for construction of a drinking water treatment plant has attracted three bids.
The three candidates are Bulgarian-registered construction companies - Geostroy, Stroitelno-Predpriemacheski Holding and Kristalna Voda, the water utility said in a statement earlier this month.
The evaluation commission has requested all three bidders to provide additional information regarding their offers, according to the statement.
