PODGORICA (Montenegro), June 7 (SeeNews) – Telenor Montenegro said it plans to reduce the roaming fees for customers visiting Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Macedonia as of July 1.
The roaming fee for outgoing calls was cut to 0.22 euro ($0.25) from 0.28 euro, while the price of incoming calls was reduced to 0.05 euro from 0.08 euro, Telenor Montenegro said in a press release last week.
The roaming price of SMS messages, in turn, was reduced to 0.07 euro from 0.09 euro, and the fee for mobile Internet usage was cut to 0.23 euro per megabyte from 0.53 euro, Telenor Montenegro said.
Last month, Telenor said the combined EBITDA, before other items, of its wireless units in Serbia and Montenegro fell to 300 million Norwegian crowns in the first quarter of 2017, from 317 million crowns a year earlier.
