March 22 (SeeNews) - Online betting and gambling company Telematic Interactive Bulgaria [BSE:TIB] was trading 0.6% below the indicative reference price of 50 levs ($28.12/25.60 euro) per share shortly after midday on its first day of trading on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on Tuesday.
Telematic Interactive Bulgaria's stock was changing hands at 49.70 levs per share as at 1132 CET on Tuesday, bourse data showed. At the current market price, the company's valuation amounts to about 214.7 million levs, based on some 4.32 million of shares outstanding.
Shares in Telematic Interactive Bulgaria reached an intraday high of 50.40 apiece shortly after the open, with the share price slipping to 40 levs just before midday.
The online betting and gambling company, which owns online casino brand Palms Bet, went public in February after raising over 16 million levs in an initial public offering (IPO).
The Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) announced on Friday its decision to admit Telematic Interactive Bulgaria to trading on its main market.
