May 23 (SeeNews) - Online betting operator Telematic Interactive Bulgaria [BSE:TIB] said on Tuesday it will propose to its shareholders to approve the distribution of a gross dividend of 1 lev ($0.55/0.51 euro) per share for last year.
The company intends to pay out a total of 12.96 million levs from its net profit of 22.6 million levs reported for 2022, Telematic Interactive said in a bourse filing. Of the remaining funds, some 867,000 levs will go towards the company's reserve fund, whereas the rest will be retained as undistributed profit.
The proposal will be put to the vote at a general meeting of shareholders on June 29.
Telematic Interactive distributed a gross dividend of 2.35 levs per share for 2021, or 10.15 million levs in total, according to previously disclosed data.
As of 1450 CET on Tuesday, shares in the company traded 1.94% higher at 15.80 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
