LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), July 24 (SeeNews) – State-controlled Telekom Slovenije [LJE:TLSG] said on Wednesday it plans to distribute a gross dividend of 4.5 euro ($5.0) per share for 2018, considerably lower than 14.3 euro per share the company paid last year.
The proposal can be changed on the basis of the counter-proposed dividend or other confirmed dividend at the convening of the general meeting of shareholders to be held on August 30, Telekom Slovenije said in a statement.
According to the proposal, 29.3 million euro from the lender's distributable profit of 38.99 million euro for 2018 will be allocated to dividend payment, while the remainder in the amount of 9.7 million euro shall be carried over to the following year.
