October 26 (SeeNews) - Telekom Slovenije [LJE:TLSG] said on Thursday its consolidated net profit rose 25% on the year to 30.1 million euro ($35.6 million) in the first nine months of 2017.
The group's net sales revenues rose 4% year-on-year to 542.1 million euro in the nine months through September, on the back of higher revenues from IT services and higher wholesale revenues, the company indicated in a bourse filing.
The Telekom Slovenije Group generated total operating revenues of 546.7 million euro in the first nine months of the year, an increase of 3% relative to the same period of 2016, while its EBITDA went down 2% to 154.2 million euro.
Investments dropped by an annual 3% to 90.2 million euro over the first nine months of this year. The majority of investments was poured into the expansion of the fibre optic access network, and in the further modernisation of the mobile network, as well as the development of new services.
