September 12 (SeeNews) - State-controlled Telekom Slovenije [LJE:TLSG] has reappointed Spela Fortin as a management board member, the company said.
Fortin will be a workers director on the board of Telekom Slovenije and will begin her four-year term on September 14, 2023, immediately after the conclusion of the term that she began on September 14, 2019, Telekom Slovenije said in a filing with the Ljubljana Stock Exchange on Monday.
She has been employed with the company since 2006 and was responsible for sales in the southern and eastern regions, Telekom Slovenije said.
As the employees’ representative in Telekom Slovenije's work council, Fortin is the link between management and employees and she is also responsible for sustainable business operations and subsidiary TSinpo.
