LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), April 26 (SeeNews) – Telekom Slovenije [LJE:TLSG] said on Thursday its consolidated net profit decreased 1.0% year-on-year to 9.68 million euro ($11.8 million) in the first quarter of 2018.
Consolidated net sales revenues added 1% on the year to 182.2 million euro through March, primarily due to higher revenue from the retail mobile and fixed market, the telco said in a filing to the Ljubljana Stock Exchange.
Telekom Slovenije Group's operating revenues totalled 183.4 million euro in January-March, an increase of 1% on the first quarter of 2017, while EBITDA expanded 3% to 52.5 million euro.
The group’s investments in the first three months of the year amounted to 23.4 million euro. They were made primarily in modernization, strengthening and development of broadband fiber optic and 4G mobile networks.
