March 21 (SeeNews) - Telekom Slovenije [LJE:TLSG] said on Tuesday it plans to pay a gross dividend of 5 euro ($5.4) per share for 2016, equal to the one it paid last year.
The company plans to distribute a total of 32.5 million euro as dividend, the telco said in a statement published on its website.
The remaining 307,606.07 euro from the distributable profit of 32.8 million euro will be retained.
Telekom Slovenije has reported a consolidated net profit of 39.9 million euro in 2016, down from 68.6 million euro a year earlier due to the one-off effect of the exclusion of Macedonian unit One from the group's financial results in 2015.
