March 11 (SeeNews) - Majority state-owned Telekom Slovenije's [LJE:TLSG] supervisory board has a appointed Cvetko Srsen as CEO for a four-year term, it said.
Srsen will replace Tomaz Seljak whose mandate was terminated at a regular meeting of the supervisory board held on March 10, Telekom Slovenije said in a filing with the Ljubljana Stock Exchange on Wednesday.
The supervisory board also terminated the mandates of Vida Zurga and Matjaz Bericic as members of the management board, while Tomaz Jontes received a new four-year mandate.
Mitja Sular was appointed as a new management board member.
Srsen has more than 30 years of work experience in human resources, activity and project management, sales and analysis. Since 1987, he has been employed at Posta Slovenije, where he was the director of the Novo Mesto business unit between 2008 and 2015, and since May 2015 the director of the merged Celje and Novo Mesto business unit.
