November 14 (SeeNews) - Slovenia's Telekom Slovenije said on Tuesday it has fully acquired Jordan, a local company for employment and job training of persons with disabilities.
Telekom Slovenije has signed an acquisitions agreement with the sole owner of Jordan and has obtained all the necessary consents, it said in a Ljubljana bourse filing.

The total value of the transaction is 169,000 euro ($198,600).
After the transaction is entered in the court register, Telekom Slovenije will rename the company to TSinpo, storitveno in invalidsko podjetje, it noted.
"By purchasing a sheltered workshop, Telekom Slovenije wants to provide suitable jobs and work for its employees with disabilities, as well as opportunities for other individuals that are at a disadvantage on the labour market," it said.
Telekom Slovenije also said it will gradually transfer all the activities that comprise tasks suitable for modified jobs and modified work environment to the new company.
