August 22 (SeeNews) - Real estate developer One United Properties said on Wednesday it has bought a 25,839 sq m plot of land from Telekom Romania for 18 million euro ($20.9 million).
The urban land, with an area of 25,839 sqm, is composed of two lots, and has an opening of about 120 meters to Floreasca Lake, One United Properties said in a press release.
The auction for the sale of the land was launched in February 2018 at a starting price of 13.9 million euro, excluding VAT.
Telekom Romania is present in the Romanian market since 2014, after the joint rebranding of Romtelecom and Cosmote Romania. Its real estate division owns various buildings in Romanian cities such as Bucharest, Botosani, Barlad, Bacau or Craiova.
One United Properties is a real estate developer with operations in the premium central-north area of Bucharest. Established in 2007, the developer is known for projects such as One Floreasca Lake, One Herastrau Park, One Charles de Gaulle and One Herastrau Plaza.
