April 28 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian diversified group Synergon Holding [BUL:6S7] said that its unit Shamot signed on Tuesday an agreement to sell a property to electronics retailer Technopolis Bulgaria for 35,100 levs ($19,500/18,000 euro).
The deal concerns a 6,000 sq. m. property located in the village of Elin Pelin, just outside Sofia, Synergon Holding said in a bourse filing.

Last year, Shamot signed a deal to sell another property to Technopolis Bulgaria for 3.1 million levs.
Synergon Holding was set up in 1996 as a privatisation fund under Bulgaria's voucher privatisation programme. The fund was transformed into a holding structure the following year. It has more than 25 subsidiaries and affiliated companies operating in various sectors of the Bulgarian economy.
Technopolis Bulgaria is part of local Videolux Holding.
