BELGRADE (Serbia), November 19 (SeeNews) - Swiss stamping and fineblanking company Etampa plans to build a 2 million euro ($2.3 million) factory in Krusevac, in eastern Serbia, the Krusevac city government said.

The company found a suitable hall for rent in Krusevac and plans to hire about 40 people, possibly employing dual education, the Krusevac city government said in a statement on Thursday.

Etampa will submit a Letter of Intent in which it will present its business plan, the city government said after a meeting between Krusevac mayor Jasmina Palurovic and the owner of the Swiss firm, Hans Rudolf Haefeli.

The company produces vehicle brake and safety systems and electric motor components, as well as tools used in medical technology, household appliances or lifestyle products such as toothbrushes, shavers or furniture fittings.
