September 7 (SeeNews) - The Swiss government will invest about 20 million Swiss francs ($21.9 million/18.4 million euro) in a project for water resources management in Kosovo, the finance ministry of Kosovo said.
The government of Kosovo is expected to provide co-financing of about 6 million Swiss francs for the project, Kosovo's finance ministry said in a statement last week.
The project, aimed at creating conditions for the management of Kosovo's water resources, will be developed in three phases.
The first phase, which is valued at about 8.5 million Swiss francs, will be implemented from 2021 to 2025, according to the statement.
