July 17 (SeeNews) - Swedish debt collection agency Transcom plans to open 100 jobs in Serbia in the second half of 2019, it said on Wednesday.
The company will hire about 100 employees specialised in user experience, technical support, process management and administrative tasks at its offices in Belgrade and Novi Sad, Transcom said in a statement.
"In this investment cycle, we will employ over 100 people in Belgrade and Novi Sad, and we will focus on the French, German and Spanish languages. Thanks to the developed network of Transcom's services, which includes the field of finance, our colleagues will have the opportunity to work on large projects for the international market," the company's HR director Aleksandra Bubic said.
The company decided to revise its business plan and make a fresh investment in Belgrade and Novi Sad due to the potential of the Serbian labour market where Transcom has so far found employees working with 13 languages, Bubic noted.
The Swedish company entered the Serbian market in 2014, when it opened an office in Belgrade. In 2017, Transcom opened its second office in Serbia, in Novi Sad.
