March 28 (SeeNews) - Swedish outsourcing company Transcom opened a new call centre in Banja Luka, its third in Bosnia, the city council said.
The new call centre will employ 180 people, the Banja Luka city council said in a press release last week.
Transcom employs over 300 people in Bosnia. The company entered the country in 2020 with the opening of a call centre in Tuzla. Its second call centre, in Zenica, was opened in July 2021.
Transcom employs 30,000 customer experience specialists and has a large network of home agents across 26 countries.
