July 15 (SeeNews) - Swedish outsourcing company Transcom opened a new call centre in Zenica, in central Bosnia and Herzegovina, its second in the country, the city said.
The company employs 50 people at the new centre and plans to double the headcount by the end of the year, the city of Zenica said in a press release on Wednesday.
Transcom is also working on opening a call centre in Banja Luka, Zolt Benes, sales manager at Transcom, said in the press release.
Transcom entered Bosnia in 2020 with the opening of a call centre in Tuzla.
Transcom employs 28,000 customer experience specialists at 50 contact centres, and has a large network of home agents, across 23 countries. It delivers services in 33 languages to international brands in various industries, the company says on its website.
