January 31 (SeeNews) - Swedish clothing retailer Hennes & Mauritz AB (H&M) plans to enter North Macedonia and Kosovo in 2022 as part of its global expansion plans.
The two Southeast European countries are among the six new markets that H&M will launch this year, the company said in a statement posted on its website.
The other four markets are Ecuador, Costa Rica, Guatemala and Cambodia.
In North Macedonia, H&M will open a store in the Skopje East Gate mall, Arsim Papraniku, board member at East Gate, said in an Instagram post on Sunday.
In Southeast Europe, H&M is also present in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia and Turkey.
