January 3 (SeeNews) - Financial and insurance group Eurohold Bulgaria [BUL:4EH] said on Friday that local Starcom Holding [BUL:S28H] has acquired 200 shares in the group on December 30.
Starcom Holding bought the shares at a price of 1.55 levs ($0.89/0.79 euro) apiece, Eurohold Bulgaria said in a bourse filing.
At the end of September, Starcom Holding owned 52.88% of the capital of Eurohold Bulgaria, according to the insurance group's most recent financial report.
Eurohold Bulgaria shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at a price of 1.76 levs apiece.
Last week, Starcom Holding acquired 55,097 shares in Eurohold Bulgaria at an average price of 1.55 levs.
Eurohold Bulgaria's portfolio includes companies active in financial services, leasing, insurance and car sales.
