SOFIA (Bulgaria), November 7 (SeeNews) – Industrial group Stara Planina Hold [BUL:5SR] led the blue-chip gainers on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) on Tuesday, bourse data showed.
Stara Planina Hold closed 3.67% higher at 8.139 levs ($4.81/4.16 euro) in a trading volume of 300 shares.
The blue-chip SOFIX index added 0.23% to 674.34 points on Tuesday after falling 0.37% on Monday.
The broader BGBX40 index, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the BSE, increased 0.05% to 130.73 points, after declining 0.42% on Monday.
The BG-REIT index, which tracks the performance of real estate investment trusts, lost 0.19% to 115.11 points on Tuesday. On Monday, the index closed 0.10% lower.
The BG TotalReturn30 index, in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight, lost 0.08% to 546.03 points, following a 0.17% drop on Monday.
Total trading turnover on the regulated market of the Sofia bourse fell to 284,500 levs on Tuesady from 612,100 levs on Monday.
Financial and insurance group Eurohold Bulgaria [BUL:4EH] was the top blue-chip decliner on Tuesday, as it closed 4.84% lower at 1.220 levs in a turnover of 8,190.
Drug maker Sopharma [BUL:3JR] was most traded blue-chip on Tuesday, as 20,600 of the company shares changed hands at an average price of 4.294 levs.
