April 27 (SeeNews) - A stake of 91.16% in North Macedonia's printing and office supplies company Kiro Dandaro changed hands in a 570.3 million denars ($10.2 million/9.3 million euro) block deal on the stock exchange in Skopje, the bourse said on Thursday.
A total of 442,055 shares traded at 1,290 denars each in the block deal, the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) said in a notice.

The parties to the deal were not disclosed.
Kiro Dandaro's equity capital is divided into 484,948 shares of 5.11 euro in par value each.
Kiro Dandaro is based in the southwestern city of Bitola.
