August 26 (SeeNews) - A 6.98% stake in recently-listed Bulgarian shipping company Port Flot-Burgas changed hands in a single deal worth some 2.79 million levs ($1.6 million/1.4 million euro) on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on Monday, bourse data shows.
The deal concerned a total of 698,000 shares in the company, which were traded at a price of 4.0 levs apiece, according to BSE data.
Port Flot-Burgas shares started trading on the BSE on Friday, when 64,000 shares in the company changed hands at a price of 4.0 levs per share.
At the time of its listing, the company was 99.99% owned by local ARZ Holding-2002, according to commercial register data. Local private investor Dimitar Hristov controled the remaining 1 share.
ARZ Holding-2002 is fully owned by Great Britain-registered Monterina Ltd.
