May 13 (SeeNews) - A stake of 2.26% in Romania's Rompetrol Rafinare [BSE:RRC] changed hands for some 42.3 million lei ($13.1 million/9.5 million euro) on the Bucharest bourse on Tuesday, stock exchange data indicated.
A total of 996.47 million shares of the company traded in a single block deal at a price of 0.0424 lei each, Bucharest Stock Exchange data showed.

The parties to the deal were not disclosed.
Rompetrol Rafinare is the refining unit of Romania's second-largest oil group Rompetrol, which is owned by Kazakh state energy company KazMunaiGaz Group.
In regular trading, Rompetrol Rafinare closed 2.41% higher at 0.0425 lei on Tuesday.
