May 21 (SeeNews) - Retailer Spar Hrvatska has sent documents to the country's anti-trust regulator, AZTN, notifying it of its plans to take over 20 stores from peer Diona, AZTN said on Wednesday.
The documents submitted by Spar Hrvatska are currently under review and if all regulatory preconditions are met, AZTN will launch a procedure to determine if the deal would comply with competition rules, an AZTN spokesperson told SeeNews over the phone.
