March 9 (SeeNews) - Spanish low-cost airline Volotea will launch two flights over the coming tourist season, linking Varna on the northern Black Sea coast of Bulgaria with the cities of Lille and Nantes in France, Varna airport's operator Fraport Twin Star said on Wednesday.
Volotea will fly once a week from Nantes to Varna between May 3 to October 25, Fraport Twin Star said.
The Lille-Varna flights will operate between May 17 and October 4, with tickets for both routes already up for sale by Volotea.
In 2021, 50 airlines connected Bulgaria's Varna to 67 destinations, carrying out over 9,200 flights in total, Fraport Twin Star added.
