August 14 (SeeNews) - The Bulgarian Stock Exchange's blue-chip SOFIX index closed 0.07% higher on Wednesday, supported by a rise in the share prices of drug maker Sopharma [BUL:3JR] and software company Sirma Group Holding [BUL:SKK], bourse data showed.
The SOFIX ended the session at 582.55 points, as top gainers Soparma and Sirma Group shares added 2.42% to 3.39 levs ($1.93/1.73 euro) and 0.72% to 0.69 levs, respectively.

The BGREIT index, which tracks real estate investment trusts, was the only Sofia bourse index to fall. It decreased 0.06% to 126.63 points, only due to a drop in the share price of Advance Terrafund REIT [BUL:6A6].
Total trading turnover on the regulated market fell to 764,900 levs on Wednesday from 1.3 million levs on Monday.
