BUCHAREST (Romania), December 21 (SeeNews) – A total of 138,300 shares of Romanian building projects developer Reco changed hands for a total of 2.49 million lei ($846,000/591,000 euro) in four transactions on the over-the-counter market RASDAQ on Monday, bourse data showed.
The number of shares that were traded in four transactions corresponds to a stake of 13.4% in the company. They changed hands at an average price of 18 lei per share, RASDAQ data showed. The company stock last traded on December 15, when 205,000 Reco shares changed hands at an average price of 11.5 lei, generating turnover of 2.4 million lei.

The parties to the deals are unknown.
Denley A.M. Europe INC. Tortola VGB was the largest shareholder in Reco holding a 33.2% stake at the end of June, data from Romania's Central Depository showed. Multi Sistem Industry owned 18.4% of Reco and smaller shareholders held the balance.
