January 15 (SeeNews) - Most Bulgarian Stock Exchange indices ended in green territory on Wednesday, as the BGREIT index set yet another all-time high closing value of 133.5 points.
The BGREIT, which tracks real estate investment trusts, rose 0.42% on Wednesday, as Advance Terrafund REIT [BUL:6A6] and Bulgarian Real Estate Fund REIT [BUL:5BU] gained 1.08% and 0.97%, respectively. This is the eighth record high close for the BGREIT so far this year.
The blue-chip SOFIX index advanced 0.21% to 581.34 points, mostly supported by the two REITs, as well as Sirma Group Holding [BUL:SKK] and Sopharma [BUL:3JR], which added 1.54% and 1.43%, respectively.
The wider BGBX40 index, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the Sofia bourse, edged up 0.03% to 114.06 points, while the BGTR30 index, in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight, decreased 0.24% to 524.99 points.
Total daily regulated market turnover amounted to some 1.6 million levs.
