May 28 (SeeNews) - The four Bulgarian Stock Exchange indices closed in red territory on Friday, with the blue-chip SOFIX index losing 0.56% to 528.59 points.
Telelink Business Services Group (TBS Group) [BUL:TBS] was the top decliner among blue chips for a second consecutive day. The company's share price fell 6.12% to 13.8 levs on Friday, following a 2% decrease on Thursday.
On Thursday, TBS Group said that three of its major shareholders will sell up to 875,000 shares, representing 7% interest in the company, in a third tranche of offering on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, priced at 13.5 levs per share.
The wider BGBX40 index, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the Sofia bourse, slid 0.13% to 119.64 points, while the BGTR30 index, in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight, decreased 0.18% to 572.55 points.
The BGREIT index, which tracks seven real estate investment trusts, fell 0.31% to 151.72 points, after closing at an all-time high on Thursday.
Total regulated market turnover amounted to 1.9 million levs ($1.2 million/1 million euro).
