June 20 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian Stock Exchange indices closed lower on Thursday hit by a 2.89% decrease in the share price of Advance Terrafund REIT [BUL:6A6], bourse data shows.
Advance Terrafund REIT shares gained 2.54% in the preceding trading session, sending the BGREIT index to an all-time high of 124.01 points on Wednesday.
The BGREIT closed 0.77% lower at 123.05 points on Thursday, as it was also hurt by a 0.98% decrease in the share price of Bulgarian Real Estate Fund REIT (BREF) [BUL:5BU]. BREF shares gained 0.99% on Wednesday.
Advance Terrafund REIT was also the biggest decliner among members of the blue-chip SOFIX index and the equally-weighted BGTR30 index, and the second biggest loser among constituents of the wider BGBX40 index.
The SOFIX index closed 0.39% lower at 577.70 points, as other major gainers included Sirma Group Holding [BUL:SKK] and Doverie United Holding [BUL:5DOV], which lost 2.88% and 1.31%, rectively.
The BGBX40, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the stock exchange in Sofia, fell 0.18% to 115.08 points, while the BGTR30, in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight, dropped 0.13% to 504.93 points.
Total regulated market turnover slightly increase from Wednesday's low of just 59,000 levs ($34,000/30,000 euro), but still remained a shy 68,000 levs on Thursday.
